Laura Kearney created Skinsanity to help people avoid B.S. (Bad Skincare). Laura saw a need within the skincare community for honesty, encouragement, and – above all else – self-love. This means maintaining an environment that is positive and healthy, but also keeping it real about what’s going on with your skin and how we can get you that gorgeous glow!

As an Esthetician and Certified Injector with over 10 years of industry experience, Laura has had countless opportunities to fulfill her passion for helping people achieve the skincare results they’ve always dreamed of. Skinsanity is always offering the most cutting-edge products and procedures – which Laura always tries out for herself before offering to clients. Her goal is to explore which ones work, which ones don't work, and which ones should be avoided at all costs.

The evolution that Skinsanity is bringing to the world of skin health and esthetics is long overdue, and we’re getting recognized for our hard work. Laura has been featured in Women's World, Denver80238.com, TEDx, DoMUM, Denver 5280 Magazine and VoyageDenver as a skincare expert who advocates for body-positivity and empowerment while also helping clients make sense of their skin by explaining all of the hard facts and science behind today’s most advanced skincare products and services.

Laura Kearney

Owner, LE, CLT, Injection Certified

Laura Kearney is a licensed Aesthetician,

Certified Laser and injector Specialist. Her true passion for skincare came after graduating from Northern Illinois University. Her personal struggle with skincare went on for many years until she decided to enroll in Tricoci University in an effort to learn how to treat her skin. She now takes great pride in helping others achieve their skincare goals.

Melissa Milan

MD, MS Medical Director

Melissa Milan, is an Integrative & Functional Medicine specialist. Dr. Milan completed her Functional Medicine training with the Institute of Functional Medicine and regularly attends conferences with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). Dr. Milan’s interests and expertise are broad and include autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, skin conditions, mood disorders, hormone imbalance, and environmental toxicity.

Mike Shank, LE, Injection Certified

Mike Shank is a Denver native who lives in the Park Hill neighborhood. He attended TCU and graduated with a degree in communication studies & art history. He decided to pursue his passion for skin during the pandemic and completed his program at the Denver School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics focusing on medical treatments and the overall integrity of the skin.
